Chorizo (Mexican) and Eggs

Ingredients

Damn Simple

  1. Heat cooking fat in a skillet over a medium-high flame. Fry the chorizo until it's well-browned.
  2. While chorizo is browning, crack eggs into the vessel of your choiceNot the skillet. and scramble with a fork.
  3. Add eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper to skillet. Alternatively, Do not execute Step 2 and crack eggs directly into the skillet at this time. Reduce flame to medium-low after the eggs are in.
  4. Rapidly scramble the ingredients in the pan. Should take just a minute or two.
  5. Remove from pan and eat.
