The Outside

The Inside
- One pound of ground beef
- One onion
- 1 ½ cup water
- Two cloves of garlic
- Two bay leaves
- 4 tsp cliantro
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp salt
- ½ tsp thyme
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp caraway seeds
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cumin
Procedure

Mix all ingredients for dough, knead with mixer for two minutes or knead by hand for about ten minutes.

Very finely mince onions, garlic, cilantro, and caraway; melt butter, combine all ingredients for filling until well-mixed.

Form dough into small pieces slightly smaller than a golf ball, flour well, and roll out flat.

Put a small amount of filling into each dumpling wrapper and form into dumplings.

Bring a kettle of water to boil with bay leaves; salt once boiling.

Boil dumplings until they float, remove from water.

Serve with fresh cracked black pepper.
